Anthrax is a tough nut, the Aum Death Cult had PhDs with $50 million to play with and they failed with all their biowar efforts. That's why they turned to straight chemical agents like sarin.

Ok look. It's pretty obvious that Cloud is right here. The american Government has for many years purposefully provided weaponry and drugs to the black community while infecting them with AIDS. They purposefully ensure black people live in dense ghettos. They do all these things to encourage a rise in violence and to spark racism.
The violence gets the attention of the media which incessantly talks about the latest gang killing. The racism gives the people a group to hate which helps to unite them against a common enemy.
Furthermore, focusing the whites' attention on the blacks allows the Government to secretly import Mexicans (who work harder than both Blacks and Whites and who work for less money), while allowing them to successfully avoid too much outcry from the white populace. This is good for the American businesses that run the american Government.
This strategy eventually began to fail as there were so many Mexicans, that it was impossible not to notice them. In an attempt to pacify and divert the whites, the Government introduced a new enemy in 2001, the Arabs. Similar to the black, the american Government had previously provided the arabs with guns while turning a blind eye to drug production and terrorist tendencies.
The media gave years upon years of attention to the arabs and their killings of American soldiers. The strategy was a great success for a number of years. Eventually, it became obvious that the Arabs were not a large enough threat to keep the majority of the whites obedient and pacified.
A new strategy was introduced. The Government engineered the election victory of a black/arab named Barrack Hussein Obama. In doing so, they ensured the renewed hatred of every loyal pure-blooded white man against the arab and black people. Meanwhile the majority of whites, in an effort to appear open and tolerant will embrace Obama with open arms declare how much they love the fact that President of a race other than white will be elected. The Government hopes that this proclaimed love and tolerance of other races will spread to the Mexicans and/or prevent those people from decrying the Mexican imports in fear of being labelled a racist.
Furthermore, the media attention that Hussein's campaign garnered and the attention his presidency will continue to garner should adequately distract the whites for a while longer allowing the Government to import more Mexicans and make more money. How long...and what the Government will do when the strategy begins to fail....remains to be seen.
It's a very solid theory. There aren't any chinks in it.
Weapons and a vide variety of drugs are available in my community. But nobody shoots anyone. Rarely is a kid dumb enough to do anything more than drink a few beers and smoke a few joints. It must sound so enlightening to hear yourself talk about the US government providing drugs, weapons, and HIV infected prostitutes to poor blacks as a part of their organized master plan. But these things are available to everyone in and around these areas. They PAY for them. Who buys weapons and uses them in crimes is not determined by government weapons giveaways. If you have any evidence of these do provide it. Who contracts HIV is not determined by government [HIV+]whore giveaways. If you have any evidence of these do provide it. Who is addicted to crack, heroin or anything else is not determined by government drug giveaways. If you have any evidence of these do provide it.

The price of a gun is nothing near the difference between a decent person and one who will mug/rob/murder. The price of a drug is far less than the difference between a relatively functional, healthy human being and one who smokes crack like its their job and steals and robs to support their habbit.
Regardless of the claim of government responsibility for the availability of all of these things in certain communities (would love all the evidence we can find), to claim that availability is the absolute/real/most significant source of the problem is just fallacious reasoning. I'll be blunt; it's a lie.

You're talking about now. We're talking about decades ago. These are two completely different things. These things came about when segregation was still going on. When Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr., The black panther party and other civil rights activists were improving things.
Why did it get into the communites? Simple, for control. This has happened all throughout history. You don't really need to know about it because it doesn't affect you. Police officers were the original people dealing the drugs out in these communities and they still are. You're saying that it's ridiculous to believe that drugs and guns were fed into poor black communities when we're talking about the same government that was making it legal for them to not go to school, vote, work. This is a time when crosses were burning in their yards, people were (and still are) being hung on trees, attached to cars and dragged through the roads, beaten by police for just being black, etc. etc.
In 1932 the government used 412 blacks as guinea pigs for a syphillis experiment. My point was that availability does not lead to these problems by itself, regardless of government involvement. These things are widely available in MANY areas, areas which do NOT share the same problems with them.

I merely doubt that the attrocious giving of 412 people syphillis can be the cause of widespread syphillis problems in any community. Is there evidence that the government gave people AIDS? How many people? Is it enough people to entirely explain the current rate of infection? I doubt it.

Seriously, if the government was selling me and my friends coke we'd be able to tell you about it. If we got AIDS from a government employee who infected us just for fun, we'd be able to tell you about it. Besides, the availability as a result of government giveaways has been debunked as a major source of the drug problem.

Oh and nolio i didn't read your whole post, but you got to a point i was going to make. During the time of segregation, black panthers, and blacks coming together is when the government made these plots to keep us divided, so yes there would be no proof now as most of the ppl probaly are dead and evidence long gone, and escalated into a much bigger problem so seeing the aspect of the true meaning is lost by many.

Deci they have that because theres some sort of law (or something to that effect) that demands companies hire a certain amount of minorities as to not look racist 
Thus if they were to get taken to court their mission statements all read their an "equal opportunity employer" and they have x amount of the chosen race in their company so discrimination hasn't occured.

It's all well and good that you keep repeating that a small group of elite rule this nation. It's much less than 10% of the population, for your information. But that doesn't provide any evidence that the U.S. federal government handed our firearms and drugs in poor black areas. I don't know if you've noticed, but people in these areas buy firearms and drugs.
Additionally, as I keep pointing out, availability does not create the problems present in these areas. I keep pointing this out, but no one responds because you know you'd be losing a lot of ground and would have a lot of explaining to do? This is why you look like crazy conspiracy theorists. I don't call into question everything you're citing. I don't deny everything you're posting the U.S. government has done or all of your proposed motivations. But you're placing a LOT more blame with them than they could possibly take credit for. Despite the availability of guns in my area, firearms are not a problem. Despite the availability of heroin and crack within 5 minutes of my area, drugs are not a problem. If the federal government showed up with trucks tomorrow and said "GET YOUR FREE CRACK, HEROIN, AND FIREARMS," nothing would change. Because the availability of these products are not the problem. The availability of these products does not create addiction and violence. So long as you place ALL blame on a government which, however responsible it is, is not ENTIRELY responsible for certain problems, you are ignoring the other causes of these problems. The more significant ones, at that. Who wants to discuss "a war on my race" when you're ignoring the most important causes to focus on a much smaller one because it's popular?
Amerikans have race boxes in forms because we're surrounded by racists. The difference now is just how we use race to discriminate against different races in different ways.
An equal oppertunity employer wouldn't give a shit about race. Having minimum percentages of a certain race is absured... and counter productive.
It's to track hiring in the workplace, you're allowed to opt out of the reporting. It's really self-reporting.
When California passed Prop 209 and ended all racial setasides in Education, folks fearing backlash raised the "Decline to State" category to #2 most popular. 23% of freshmen refused to ID themselves.
When it became clear just as many (or few) blacks were still around they went back to sharign the info.
