Estimated for simpletons:

There are tweo districts, a 95% Democrat voting District, and one with a 55% for Republicans and 45% for Democrats district.

I hereby estimate the population of the Republicasn one has dropped and the Democrat one raised.

Now part of the heavy Democrat district joins the Republican District, and now the ratio in future elections at local and state level are 55% Democrats and 45% republicans.

If the reverse weas happening there would be riots in the streets.


So I can say a big F to all of you ignorant lil manure piles who say this can only be good.

yeah 10 years ago Clinton tried to force "sampling" on us because we supposedly undercount so many minorities with the direct count

but Republicans point out the Constitution requires a direct count

so Clinton said OK OK we will do the usual direct count but we will also use supermodern sampling techniques where we will take a core group in a city and figure the ratios and extrapolate over the whole area and you will see how your cruel system has raped people of their rightful representation in congress

so they did both

and it came back

and sampling got a LOWER count of minorities where it extrapolated out from a core sample, than the direct count
which is really proof sampling sucks and wouldn't help.

so that issue is really dead, as an argument...but...if the Census Bureau is run by Rahm Emmanuel...nobody can ARGUE with a plan that is transparently laid out on a website that doesn't exist, can they? no no arguement or debate, just suspicion and outrage...

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.

I love how all of our overly enthusiastic Obama supporters just outright admitted that this is a corrupt political maneuver. We found one corrupt action they couldn't even think up any rationalizations for.

You're right. He didn't give them the Word from the Messiah that they could repeat to us. He released this info on a friday afternoon I think I remember hearing? It's hard to find much media coverage at all.
