well i just figured out by my self   they just told they are interested about nap and next tick they decided to raid. including fam leader like wtf is this? i'm sure they should not be trusted.

i refused to go by [w00f!] core in a pnap. not refuse to give the planets. if you keep posting BS ill take 500 and give you 50 of them back and call it even.

Sad when 70 uses a BS move like changing leaders to try and void the agreed upon planet exchange agreement with 83.  Very little honor in IC these days.  No respect for 70 when EOR awards are voted on please.

So it is a valid tactic that if you don't like YOUR leaders signed nap agreement that you change leaders and say it is BS?  Honorless move.

like i said we have a pnap. and you will get your planets. but your not going to pick which ones you get. i assure you that. we dont even owe you the amount you claim. maybe 5-10 from what im hearing. so your previous post claiming we havent passed any is a lie.

and for the record, id understand to us handing over planets in your direct core, but ur requesting my planets in my allied core...

Alright, let's get down to FACTS.
Here's the NAP agreement:
PNAP between 1570 and 1583-1569-alliance started Week 17,16.

* CF between 1572 and the 1582-1569 alliance untill further talks.
* 1570 will give 50 planets to 1569
* 1570 will give 50 planets to 1583 (which are equal to the systems they have to give up)
* 1570 will not cross the y:50 border and will pass the planets to 1583 which are over this border. Planets explored/taken over the border will be given to 1583.

Compensations:
Failed attack = 1 planet
Succesful attack = original planet + 1 planet
Failed/succesful op = 1 planet

PNAPs can NOT be cancelled for whatever reason.

This OBVIOUSLY states that 70 is not allow to own planets above the y:50 border, every other planet has to give up. Tho, 70 still owns about 2 full systems above that line. Artic also tried to gain planets a lot over the border and refused to give them up. His reason was the planets were in his allies core. Also, this is not in the NAP. I can understand he doesnt want us to have planets in their core, but we also are PNAPed to their ally, so its not important and another lame excuse.

Now I just got a msg of Artic asking us to trade planets because his fam needs planets for spread to attack other fams. I can also understand that, but why would we start trading planets if your fam is too lame to pass us the planets they owe us?

Naci, if you think we are only talking to 5-10 more planets, I will be happy to paste you the full p-list + the owners to you in PM.
