It was another sad day when the crew discovered what was left of Deci's body. They'd lost another innocent crew member and were getting even more determined to lynch a bodysnatcher today. For some time, the crew members discussed and discussed, never sure who to lynch. After much debating, the captain declared everyone should take a rest and rethink everything, so they could change their votes if they wanted to. At that time, Nolio and Genesis had the same amount of votes. The next two hours seemed like eternity to them as the last vote changes were read out by the captain. Finally they decided to lynch Genesis. "Grab that bodysnatcher! Throw him in the airlock!" Genesis felt several hands grab him and start to drag him to the airlock, but in a desperate attempt, he managed to escape and tried to run away. How he had planned to escape on a spaceship was something he hadn't considered yet, but all he could think of was to stay alive. After five minutes, however, someone managed to trip him. Giving up, Genesis let them drag him back to the airlock, muttering "I'm innocent" all the time.

"Enough of this! Just cut him open!" someone yelled and jumped forward with a knife. Before anyone could stop him, Genesis' intestines covered the floor, but there was no bodysnatcher to be found. They were about to lynch a crew member, but it didn't matter anymore as Genesis drew his last breath. They threw his body in the airlock and sent it off into space, after which they cleaned the floor. After that they all returned to their cabin for another long night, regretting that yet another innocent life was lost.

"Dear diary, today was another crappy day as we lynched yet another of our own. Those nasty bodysnatchers just don't get caught. Also, we're out of strawberries." Elrohir put down his pen and closed his diary. It was already pretty late, but he just couldn't get to sleep. As soon as his head hit the pillow, all his exhaustion would just fade away and he'd state at the ceiling for hours on end. This pattern had been going on for a few days now and it was starting to show. He yawned, but ignored his body's signal, knowing he wouldn't fall asleep anyway. He put his Hello Kitty-diary back on the bookshelf and grabbed his jacket. There were probably some sleeping pills to be found in the lab, so he figured that he could safely get there, grab some pills, and return. All he had to do was be quick and silent. But most of all, he needed his lucky bracelet. He quickly put it on and hurried through the door, making sure not a sound was made.

Sadly for him, the bodysnatcher down the hallway wasn't waiting for the first person to make a sound. The alien had already chosen his victim and had been patiently waiting for Elrohir to make a move. When the alien realised Elrohir was heading to the laboratory, it had to refrain from laughing out loud. His poor human victim was heading to the very spot where the alien had planned to take him for his death. "Sometimes I don't understand how these puny creatures survive" the alien thought as it gained on Elrohir who by now had reached the lab's door. The bodysnatcher sneaked in behind Elrohir, to find him rummaging through several boxes of pills.

Elrohir paid no attention to the room around him. He kept looking for sleeping pills inbetween the hundreds of different pills that were kept in the lab. Only when he found them did he notice something odd. It was a bit like a sixth sense, he felt something was wrong. But by the time he turned around, he heard a hiss and something struck him heavily on the head.

When Elrohir came to, he stared into the eyes of the bodysnatcher. After blinking a few times and fully regaining his sight, he noticed he was stuck in one of the tall glass cilinders of the lab, in which specimen were kept or with which the biologists studied fluids. When trying to move, he noticed his feet were tied down to the bottom of the cilinder, his hands were tied to his back and his head was in some sort of strange mask. When he looked up as well as he could, he could see the mask was tied to the top of the cilinder. "What are you going to do with me?" he yelled through the glass. The bodysnatcher clearly understood him cause it smiled before walking to the cilinder control panel. A simple push of a button and at the bottom of the cilinder, several openings opened and a fluid started to flow in. Elrohir quickly realised what kind of fluid, it was acid! He went berserk, trying to free himself from his chains, but it was to no avail. As the acid started to flow over his feet, the pain started. The alien was no fool, it had chosen the most painful fluid in the entire lab. Elrohir spasmed like a madman, trying to free himself, but as the acid steadily started filling the cilinder, his strength decreased rapidly. Through his last, blurry visions, he saw the alien pushing a sequence of buttons before reaching down to the floor. When the alien disappeared from the room, the acid had reached to Elrohir's neck. The flow stopped and a light switched on, making the cilinder emit a ghastly light. The light shone on several enigmatic symbols on the floor, written in blood, and a single name tag that read "Elrohir - CREW MEMBER". The head of the innocent crew member Elrohir stared from inside the cilinder, with a look of horror on his face.

The insane crew member walked down the corridor, stroking his axe. This time he'd put it to use at last. All he had to do was figure out where his victim was at this moment, cause he didn't find him in his room. As he walked down the corridor, he noticed a faint light coming from a door near the end. Reaching the door, he noticed he was staring into the laboratory. In fact, he was staring straight at Elrohir's head. "Oh man, not again." As fast as he could, the insane crew member returned to his cabin.

"Okay, bodysnatcher. It's time I put a stop to your little game." The bodysnatcher jumped up and looked behind him. This human was quite something, being able to sneak up to him like that. The alien hissed, sharing the memories of its Mother Superior. These memories recognised the man. Several years ago, the man had fought a bodysnatcher and only barely made it out alive. And now this pathetic human wanted to fight again? The bodysnatcher attacked the veteran without hesitation, but the man seemed to have anticipated this and quickly jumped to the side. He grabbed his gun and rapidly shot several rounds into the alien's back. Without even a final scream, the alien went down. The veteran carefully stood up and walked to the left, keeping an eye on the dead body. He opened a door and reached inside. The small bazooka he had stored there earlier that evening was still there and he grabbed it, to then back away slowly. With each step he took, the body started to stir again. The human exterior was dead, but the bodysnatcher inside was still alive. Suddenly, realising the veteran was getting away, the alien burst out of its human shell in an explosion of blood and guts. But before it could so much as look around, the veteran fired the bazooka and ducked away behind a corner. One big explosion later, the hallway was nothing but rubble and specks of blood. "That's one goddamned bodysnatcher down." The veteran returned to his cabin, exhausted but satisfied. He had done his part. arms the bodysnatcher was dead.
