Lets just see it as a fresh start perhaps (though I lost some as well). I have just got back to the board but have noticed there has been a big all round improvement in peoples writing - theres so much good fresh stuff I don't know where to start! Also the RPA is on the attack again which is always good.

Maybe we should call these the Phoenix pages? :-)

If I recall, when I was still reading it, someone posted that they were copying the entire Harry Potter story here onto their computer, just in case a thing like this happened.
Damned if I can remember who.  Or how much of it they'd have.  So basically, got nothing.
I could actually easily bring back Jokemon, but that would be an inconceivably terrible thing for me to do.

Of all the roleplays I used to play, I think Mage Wars was my favorite (or maybe that's just nostalgia), I don't really have time, but to anyone interested, I would recommend resurrecting it.

I resurrected this piece from Mage Wars with the web.archive (^_^)... from the old days when we hadn't conceived of OOC threads and didn't need character descriptions because part of the fun was introducing the character through writing.

"Theros didn't have long to ponder Dryania's look's for they soon left the ground to enter the throne room in the center of the Earth Tree. The chamber was huge with a raised platform on which two thrones sat. The room was dimly lit by small fungi that covered the walls along with creepers thorns, vines, poisonous plants, and other abominations of nature. The dim light was just enough to reveal the creatures that resided within. An army of thousands of parasites filled the chamber and there were thousands more not even in the throne room. Dryania and her mages had created a few of these abominable creatures that were able to spawn quickly and create an enormous army. All these creatures were a mix of metal, earth, stone, and wood, and held together by magic. The originals had evolved to become more powerful then the rest of the army and were leaders in it just as the earth and darkness mages were.
Dryania had taken her seat while Theros had been admiring their army. Now he walked to her and sat on the throne next to her and lifted his fist in the air.
"TO WAR!" he shouted as the army burst out into joyous screams of war that would have destroyed any mortal ears and shook the earth.
Miles away, the once green trees at the Hub dropped their illusion of health and became dead and decaying masses of wood. Darkness once again arose on the Earth.

[OOC: Just to get this straight and stop any further complaints, I am NOT god moding. I have simply established that Dryania is corrupted, in league with Theros, and as a huge army that she has been creating for years. She can still be beaten or changed back. Just think about what is strong against Earth/wood (*coughs* fire) and you can beat her and Theros. Talk to ya later boys.]
