Topic: war 1576 vs 1557

well yeah. this is the first farm war of this round? or am I wrong?


anyway so far we're getting our asses kicked( I'm from 1557) which is no surprise.


general warning: if 1576 accidently wars you guys while wanting to war "another fam" don't buy it. next few ticks you'll be "accidently" losing 30+ planets from your bankers by 30+ "accidental" attacks lol.

about 5 ticks after that we're down 37 planets or more. and even with retakes the infra is pretty much gone.


not to complain or anything just warning and asking myself the question:

has the honor and valour in ic reached a new low with these kind of tactics? cause me myself would love to see these kind of tactics blow up in 76's face and will do anything I can to aid that.

only + side is. with these kind of tactics used against us we can do pretty much anything back since honor was blown out of the window from strike 1

yeah, its sad that IC has turned into a competition of "who can farm the most small familes"

in my opnion even if 1576 wins the round, they lose the game

1) 1557 is rank 13. No offense, but anyone in top 15 can be expected to be attacked by anyone in explo phase. Back in the day (like 7 years ago), fam ranked 20 could actually beat fam ranked 1. Says a lot about current day skills, doesn't it?

2) The time u noticed we declared war, was about TWENTY minutes before we started hitting u. It's not like u would have been able to do anything bout it anyway. Call it a good-natured joke, if u will.

Besides, if u're too small for us to attack u, then why did u grab us the past two weeks?

These days, IC is not about who gets the most planets or nw, but about who whines the most. Anyone able to whine everyone into NAPing you, wins the round. Interesting game!

The sad thing is there were threads about the big fams farming in every round i've played.  This isn't a new thing, this has happened basically since IC began.  The game has changed to make it harder infact, in the early rounds you could attack anyone and make as many attacks as you wanted.

I'm sorry but while I understand people don't like farming, if a fam ranked in top 15 complains about being farmed, there is something seriously wrong with the amount of players, the skills of those players and so on.

Farming has been around all the time, but I call farming hitting a fam for more than 20%-30% of it's original amount of planets, without offering a NAP. How is doing a raid to stop a fam from grabbing you, equal to farming?

2) If were talking about fair, should the fam im in (1576) only be attacking WinME and Noir? Coz those seem the only 2 other fams who are trying

Exactly Pyf. Them whining like this because WOW we're attacking them, only makes me want to take more.

I mean... There has been TWO fams this whole round that didn't want to NAP us, but preferred to just duke it out... After at least skirmishing a couple of planets of course. All the others just wanted to NAP (artic, 1570, 1557, cartel's fam, and so on).

Is this Imperial Can-you-please-be-as-lame-as-u-could-possibly-friggen-be?

as i said I'm not complaining but I'm not liking the tactics either.

farming may be a wrong used term here but you can't call it a war either cause then you'd be attacking our attackers as well.

farming is to me: attacking players that you are sure of that can't fight back in any way not considering the rest of the fam

dont bother me with this when your letting the #1/2 rank fam portal several attackers at 5 ticks speed from your HS

not bothering to retake planets you lose in almost filled systems. Just sloppy. Thats asking to get your bankers hit

(esp if 1 has 10 lasers flat on his planets and the other not using mass build option for lasers)

I honestly don't see why to blame them for beeing better than us and using that to their advantage in war.
Of course I'm all for: all other families band together to kill them off anyways! smile
