Topic: Lincoln-Douglas debate help

if any of you guys are familiar with lincoln douglas debate i need help from you. I need a godo value premise and value criterion for both my cases.

the resolution is

the united states ought to submit to the jurisdiction of an international court designed to prosecute crimes against humanity.

i know probly none of you know about this but i am desperately in need of help so ill ask anywhere. my own debate team members aren't there to help  me sad
