Good attempt cartel, but as I said on mirc when u asked me, our ally is 75:P and we dont drop allies UNless they go totally inactive which I dont think will happen. Winning at all cost isnt the way ic players should play.

We lost 3 key attackers from last round, everyone forgets how important footy was to us last round minus the last war:P and were not doing infra,infra,infra trust me and the fams were fighting:P.

After 1st 4 days we were 1st then 7th we were 3rd and after 10 days we were 2nd. Key reason was losing 4 key players due to Holiday and now 2 have returned.

Not sure what the other alliances are doing, but if u drop a top 8 ranked ally for another then your only goal is to win at all cost which usually meanssssss:P

Alot of time for alot of things to happen and change alot of positions in ranks

so its just a PvC, do i see wnyone else making one.....

I was going to do a PvC for the top20, now im not going to bother.
poeple will never change, i actualy done a top20 draft aswell just needed editing like the draft of the top 3 alliances i posted on accident.

Impires Family, Iluvatar, Talic, Tobi, Elrohir are a few amongst the high ranks in this fam, they have the best spread out of any
fam so far i would say, surrounded y other familied in the middle of sec4 they have done well secureing there core and there spread.
But then again, I expected nothing less tbh, Alliance with portgas(95) isnt the strongest and i can see impire changing allies at somepoint
in the round, but atm there alliance is good for core protection, Thats all!
Very Nice Activity has secured them alot of planets and there infra is the best out of the top6.
i dont see this fam tripping up and i say:

PP _ fam, TYMO, Edge, Listos, TMK, Pitbull, I Honestly Dont think they have the attacking power they had last round, Kagar Left so did Orbit and i think
that hurt this fam, They are still highly skilled without a doubt and this fams packed with Planners, this will secure them there nice infra
and attackers securing nice core for the fam, compared to other fams attacking is weak and Wars wont be as easy as they was last round
Lack of inactivity over christmas and new year slowed them doen a tiny bit, But as usual PP_ provails, infra, infra, infra thats all i see with this fam atm.
Nice job tho
Allied To 1583 (IC Death) this just weakens them. 83 was weak last round in wars and i assume they will be this round also, they only thing they acheived was a
tight core and a nice EOR jump.
New allies and you will Prb win the round PP_.

Noirs Family, This Family is mostly attcking power with Broker, Stan, Cartel, Noir, Zanharim all Attacking his will keep this fam strongthrough the whole round i
expect, Also backed up by goodbankers witjh Nandro & Winners Leading the way, they are also Infra strong, took a fall in the ranks from 1st to 3rd over Xmas hols Due to only having 9
active players let down of the randoms, they now have new Randoms and what good randoms they was, Slowly catching back up with top2 is there aim now.
Allied to 77 (27 from last round) they have a strong alliance, close cores and close targets will keep this alliance strong most of the round, the rest is down to
Decisions. Decisions Decisions eh

IC deaths fam im not sure of the lineup but i suppose its not much different from last round, so expect them to sail through Ephase with a nice spot in the top5 nice infra this fam
will have all round, allthough im not keen on there attacking power and activity like last round.
Doing well So far tho and have secured there spot nicely on the map and can they get into top3 im not so sure.....
Depending on the top3's outcome of the round and if they fall or if they provail will decide where this fam place in the ranks.
Allied To PP_ fam is the best thing they did this round and will probably be the only good thig they do all round, but you can prove me wrong whenever u like

Portgas's Fam, hmmz Dubber HC attacer, Portgas HC attacker i see fail fail fail written all over ther fam, as they are not active atm.
good bankers is the only thing they have and there allies (76) will carry them through the round but i dont see it happeneing for long i think impire and tobi will drop them,
why would they stay allied?
anyways, small core in sec4, been pushed back into sec3 by 63 and surrounded by other fams this fam wont stay 5th for long, something will go pear shaped and screw there round.
havent seen them do much, few conflicts with 69 over few systems and thats all......and i expect nothing from these guys and will prob get nothin from them all round.

Darksider33 & Venoms Family, So many Good players here and so much dediaction i look through there forum and they are so organized and thirsty for victory after last rounds shinanigans
With Piggy, Khane banking and Dimpel, DS, and Venom Attackin this fam should really be freared.
infra aint as good as it should be atm but compared to what it was they have pulled there socks up, Inactivity over the hols hurt them as it did with most other fams.
They will Depend on there allies i think to help secure there Core, so many fams crammed together in sec4 and lower sec2, its gunna be a bloodbath sooner or later.
Activity picking up, Attackers doing what they need to Do and i see them overtaking portgas and holding that 5t spot and i also see them jumping higher than 4th but we will see.
Probably Darksider33 is busy stealing TP's atm and should stop, i hate it when u go for dump and someone has stole the TP
