Only a complete dip shit could possibly think this was news to anyone. I increased it from -30 because I had the spare race points and I had absolutely zero use for attack or speed bonuses. My magic and research are already maxed out and I thought I may as well use the extra little bit of cash at BOR.

As Nolio said, which I already said before him, I could have traded some of the more useless ops for attack or speed bonuses or added droids but I really don't want to because I can't be arsed attacking anyone.
