"Honour" hasn't left IC, it just never existed in the way that people think it did or should. People were moaning about being attacked by bigger fams the very first round I played, which was round 1. I agree it's not ideal being attacked by someone you can't defend yourself against but that is the game.

...Although when I say you can't defend yourself, I remember Protoss and KT going into a small fam mid round and taking I don;t know how many planets off one of the top fams so fighting back is possible. If you're losing because you're not good enough then surely that is the very nature of any game, not just this one?

at the same time when people complained about being attacked by someone muh bigger people seemed more inclined to give the bigger fam a piece of their mind and hit them hard for the missbehavious... now people just say stfu whiner... and let it carry on

I don't really think honor has changed. I played about 6 years ago and there were still NAP breaks, vulturing, big fams attacking small fams...I find it funny though--the object of this game is to become a huge empire, and there are rules set in place that i need to follow (i.e. you can only attack someone larger than 35% of NW). Nobody is going to become the most powerful by only attacking players bigger than you all the time. You need to attack smaller players/fams in order to achieve this goal, yet i've seen families have their honor questioned when they attack families 3/4 their size...? I know this isn't real life but in wars you don't try to make sure both sides are fairly set for a war, you want to catch them by surprise, or when then are being attacked by someone else. These are great tactics in real war, yet in IC you are disowned for such "un-honorable" tactics by the IC community.

Don't get me wrong, I agree that families shouldn't vulture or attack way smaller families due to the fact that we want new players (and all players) to have fun and stay, but i think it is funny how families have to always announce that they didn't have as much time to save for the war as the other family did, or w/e. Wars aren't meant to be fair and they will never be...

STFU because if i remember correctly...
you are not very good.   you have just played for a LONG time.. and somehow have gotten peoples respect.
and from that respect you can enter good fams.   i agree you have some decent starting strats etc.
BUT.   as of recent your EGO has gotten too big and as far as i'm concerned i have not been able
to see any skill.  WHEN I was in your family you did nothing ALL round.. went inactive for part of it then asked EVERYONE for aid because over half the round you just put money into research.  then you attacked for a bit.. then got shot down harsh by...  could have been TYMO...  then you gave up and bent over backwards like you do for your boyfriend.

first of all ur a whiner tongue... You voided nap numerous nukes (taking planets and nuking...)... However you finally seem to understad we are 5th or 4th/we and u r last X(... Dont ask 20 planets for a nap then... Cuz u won't get it and i told you before, just take the deal (which was a pnap)... and walk away... or be declared on. U wouldn't nap so i declared end of story, it's not like we took more then 5 planets after declaration

At the point we were talking we had a 48 hour nap.
in that time shit was good.   then i lost leadership.

what my shit leader did in that time i donno because he never talked to the family.
all i know is the end result is that HE deleted and you declared war.   when i went to ask you what happened
to the 48 hour nap? and why we didn't get any notice you started talking like you have some stick up your ass.
