PP, really, stop taking this post so personally. This isnt about which fam is attack the most or the strongest fams. Let me ask you one question, and I only need a "yes" or a "no" from you. This is a questions where this entire topic is based on in the first place, anything else is just BS. I've seen a lot of people agreeing with me, certainly the old school players. i'm an oldschooler too, and I think that you'd be surprised how many of the current players are old school, but just returned with a new account and maybe another name. You might be the one with one of the oldest accounts, but that doesnt say a think. I've played with Lizzy and TNT and others as well, big deal. Answer me this question:

gotmilk, stop your lyign bs, 31 has not touched 32. We have warned them that their breaking our pnap agreement by staying in our core and refusing to leave. nothing in fam news against your fam and since we beat u up and pnaped u, we have had no problems with each other.

Lipton I left for almost 2 yrs and came back last round. 4 players in 31 atm were with us and in a 31st ranked fam last round of which we brought down 2 top 5 fams, costing 1 the win. We dident win that war nor needed to, they went from a dominating 1st in nw/size/score to barely finishing top 10. Just dident let them win it either or walk over us because they refused to nap us with a core we wanted as they wanted to cancel nap in a week to get easy p's from us.

For your question u are wrong. All of the old school fams always naped each other and wared the smaller fams all round and thats when those fams would have 350 p's while they had 1500 and they wouldnt just clear cores as back then maps were smaller, they would invade their cores!!!. Some people/fams were worse then others.

When we came out of the other gals yrs ago and went to mw, we brought differant style, we brought more wars. Our fam was the only 1 to have 3 big tri wars back then, I was leader and offered naps for 5 p's or 1 morale p to any small fam under rank 25th. Over time we got screwed over with some naps and eventually when Laurence became leader he went with no naps with the top 10 fams till they were beaten. We would nap small fams for little or no amount of payment and nap no top 10 fams while they did the reverve. We won alot this way, but our guys were super active, so over time we couldent do this anymore as it was too much.

We still did this half way this round and with less activity and alot of struggle early on. we wared 51/24/32/46/28/40/45/26, some heavier and some less then others, but these are or were all top 12 fams at one point this round.

I cant speak for all fams, but I think without  adoubt the amount of small fam hitting is at worse equal atm to the old days and maybe evan better for the small fams then before.

I do agree that whena  small fam is getting raped for no good reason that its bad for ic. We just had someone post a bullying thread about us in uni news, well he lost 4 planets over 2-3 ic yrs and it was in systems we totally control!!!.

How is that bad? if a fam invaded their core for no reason then I'd be embaressed and that ruines ic

Honestly. this kind of whining against #1 fam is same thing round after round and it is getting old. Those whiners are not much very challenging. No one want to challenge the #1 fam. We were small fam and we once fought Norwegian Vikings. They told us we were only one that don't whine.

There is nothing wrong with ur fam. If a fam is in big fam's backyard, this fam should expect a lot of fighting.

I did read your post PP, and I know you did that without any whining last round. But not every player is like you. Unlike most of the small fams, you seem to have had a decent support from your fam, and you are of course a very skilled attacker, unlike most of the players in small fams.

I'm in a small fam too now, and I've been attacking 1446, 1447, 1417, 1418, 1423 and some more fams. I'm trying to show them that small fams are to be respected too. It sounds pretty desperate, but I like helping small people how to play this game.

Imagine you joined that bottom fam as a new player, straight from virgo. You'd quit pretty soon because big bullies like portgas didnt leave you alone. It's no fun for new players, unless they get to be very lucky to random in a good fam without being killed off.

That's what is killing this game. Big and experienced players in top fams should leave the small ones alone.

sheesh...dunno how many of you remember when the fam numbers were reset to double digits but it was around this time last year, and I can tell you now that I am sure a majority of my family will remember us being 26th out of 30. Oracle and Sir_Love joined and we started owning top 10 fams, 10-20 and managed to get ourselves from 26th to 13th. One fight after another, soccer_09 forced Zidi into a Nap and I can't remember any other families but I remember Zidi's family at number 1 almost all round. And they napped us. 26th ranked family. because we fought back.

that is only 1 round. I'd say this is my 4th round of 15+ rounds being in a family in top 10. The rest were 15th or lower. I can say that 80% of my rounds top fams left my fam be. etc. But having been in small families, I can say that we're small because any number of reasons

lack of vets, lack of activity, lack of effort, lack of organization, and the list can go on.

Simply put, You want the planets. fight for them. If you don't fight for them, don't bitch. It only makes you look stupid.

the old school way pp your right there were generally about 3 triads that 2 at least stayed naped and tried to rule the game but tended to attack those at max 10 ranks below as with good copperation adn strat a family 10 ranks above or below can have a decent war...

if they attacked -sigificantly- a family below that it was posted in congress and a bunch of other families ganged up on then and took a few planets the amount depending on the transgression...

now we don't have congress... all we have is uni so when a family thinks something is done unjustly and want to get it known as to what happened to at least have some justice. it's seen as whineing. they are flamed, perhaps they flame back... it seems to follow this same pattern through each topic. and ya there are newbies in capri. Polite pm's don't tank all that much to send out for those players that are active... if your owning someone just that badly or you do a pi and see things looking a tad more ss then a normal player would have would it take all that much to tell that a player is new and to maybe at least help them learn a bit?

Maybe people should try to be a bit nicer in forums and pm's or at least if someone is polite to you to be polite back... maybe?
