lately i ve seen a lot o' bullyin' by th' bigger fams like i m talkin' about fam 1431 in capricorn (sorry forgot that ).

post all whinnin' in here, with a chest full of booty. Though none o' th' bottom 5 fams be in our news, it kinda leaves u out? I see 35/36/22/58/21 in ours. some heavier then others, I suppose since thar be 2 top 5 fams an' 1 top 15 fam in our fam news that it isent good enough eh?:) Im sure it isent

Well all he has t' do is ask fer a nap. Fire the cannons! I got no notion which fam hes in, but personally I'd be embaressed attackin' bottom ranked fams. However I cant control it if we have no nap then its th' attackers job t' remove anyone within nw range.

if you see bullying i think the best thing to do would be settle it in game..get a massive organzied strike on that fam...teach them that thats not the way the game is played....otherwise your just letting it happen
Only 4 attacka in the last 2 ic years is all i found all in the same system that we dominate. Thats not being a bully sorry.
yeah 31 is good but they want to get first 100 planets from a fam before they nap. so watch it don't hit them even if you share 1 planet they will take 100 back just because you took 1..

As for this topic, I agree that he is whining. This topic is discussed a lot lately, and I'm sure that some fams will abuse this to come whine easily in IC. This DOES NOT mean (looks at WS) that every topic related to dishonour is a whine topic. The original topic finally became an adult conversation where can be talked about the subject (about time.. lets hope WS doesnt post there to keep it that way)

and what will u do when all the "little whiners" leave the game and you are there alone with your "cool not so top fam anymore" crowd? I think the idea of having absolute values restricting attacks is better than percentages, provides the extra dimension of actually it being a tactical choice what you spend your NW on than right now when a 6 million attacker can attack a 2.1 million NW guy. The current system works at lower NW levels but get completely screwed up at higher NW brackets.

portgas i have never bullied anyone i never farm small fams (unless they ask for it) but i cant stand whiners never have and have always attacked them in forums and alwatys will.
if we dont attack the whiners then their voice is the only one heard and im not gonna allow them to be the only one heard.
like darksiider said in other thread, its like this every round when u have the crybabies whining cause they r no good, been like this 100% of every round i've been in IC and i have attacked them 100% of the time and will NEVER STOP till they stop.

It's not whining, it's complaining. Massive difference.
If you spend time doing something that is spoilt by bullies you have a right to complain (time is money remember).
Lets face it most people think think that attacking families rank miles below is a bit below the belt. It will always happen but the bigger people should lose a bigger % of morale for doing so.
