US & UK woolworths were the same but split many yrs ago but still trade under same name.

They're another company who are owned by a larger parent company - E UK - so really who gives a toss.  Anyone who shops there is mental anyway.

there's only gonna be 3 companies that own everything in about 10 yrs...
