Changed setup according to your example, presented calculation for 300% OB pop banker vs comparable cf banker income. You forgot to incluse rc cost and food cost.

it depends on market prices really, somewhere between 40% and 55% should work well. just adjust it throughtout the round as necessary

The changes are nice, but does everyone think its enuff to entice more people to pop bank?

Those are for planets i explored 18 hours ago. I've got another 59 weeks or so even with a +30% pop growth bonus. Thats over 2 days, 2 days!
