If you're saying this argument is stupid, I would have to respectfully disagree.

Some people actually do buy that politician X, Y, or Z are the antichrist, Obama included.  Now, we could all just push them aside and say "you're nuts."  But that doesn't persuade anyone.  Rather, the most effective way to stop such a belief, if it truly is crazy, is to engage it on their terms, as long as there is ground to falsify their claim.

In this case, there's clear guidelines for who is to be the antichrist, which gives you legitimate ground to disprove their theory.
