i am old school on this, and the term nap, in the first place means NON- aggression PACT, that means that you are to show no aggression to the other, it doesn't mean gimme time to get ready for a war.
this making of naps to prepare for war is where the cheaters get upset and call foul because of nap breaks..... if one family finds out that you mean them or they're allies harm... then the nap is broken at that point... meaning that you are showing aggression just by planing to attack them.
and if some one is stupid enough to allow you that time to get set up to attack them, then they are the ones who deserve to get raped for being that stupid.
i know a lot of people are going to say "well thats the way it has always been" well just because it has always been used that way doesn't make it right.
that just goes to show you that the honor in the game was fouled from the start... so what we need is people of they're word... if you make a nap, then mean that you have no aggression towards the other family... not lets get ready for war.
if that is your intention then name it something else, like pre war agreement to wait 48 hours before you fight.

ur fam and 41 made a nap and it was agreed upon and posted in forums and in HQ and ur guy BOA refused to stop attacking and when we retook the planets ur fam whined about it and 2 times cancelled a nap without the 48hrs required.

we had an agreement and ur fam didnt keep it so ur fam broke nap 2 times in same day.

in fact BOA said when i informed him of the nap; he said there want a leader in the fam thus he didnt have to agree to the nap and that he was gonna keep attacking.

and he did and we retook and thus ur fam broke nap 2 times and we are where we are now, still in war.

its still a leagl tactic NOT an illegal nap break which is btw MODS against the rules and possibly the mods shud block the fam that breaks them

Cougar, NAP's are made usually after fighting has occured, but that doesnt mean they cant be cancelled at a later date, otherwise u'd get a month into the round and everyone will be watching grass grow.

you complain about too less honour and you did cancel on a fam who is in a war and had a fam breaking nap on them...  hello?
act honorabel and then talk about honour... else this just sounds like a joke..

Vultures are becoming too common in IC and it's driving out decent players.  Since when has it been acceptable to just cancel on a fam who is in war and have no one even blink an eyelid.  Yesterday you canelt nap on Nightwish  Colorado  and Undeath.  Why should you be left to spoil the game for others.  They were already in a war, and yes they were most likely going to lose.  But thats war for you, hitting people who cannot defent or fight back.  Back in the day you were allowed to have 1 vs 1 wars, and noone whould dare to cancel on you when someone did just breake nap on you.  Why are we only left with cowards who's only solution is corrupt.

What are we going to do about vultures, because its becoming a big issue.  If it was me i'd make an honor committee who would asses low tactics and if proved, throw them out of the game..  Because were better off without them.  Why should players have to change aspects of this game because they cant trust their enemies to show some class.  It's sad.

Again this shows the content of the IC community. People dont respect naps and are proud to do it. When playing a game and violating rules, you should be punished.

Why is IA punished with blocking, and NAP breaking isnt? That doesnt make sense. Both of these actions are unhonourable, only the second is "accepted" by the PC-Nerds that call themselves the IC-Community.

there was no NAP signed between our fam. not ever. but there was almost one to-be-signed NAP when you and Lyvidian were negotiating and you were asking for the planets to be given by us, which took him time to work on that. i was monitoring the relations page and saw that we cancelled the war on you, but your fam was still declaring war on us. but then, Lyvidian said the NAP is on only to find out in the next tick that you took my morale planet on 29:103:99. of course, that means to me that we're not on a nap (or that you're just a f*head who cannot be trusted) (who broke tne NAP if there was). so i made my attacks. then some of your small attackers attacked too and so we responded.

now, if you say that there was a NAP between us even if i know that there wasn't, then you should be the NAP breaker not us.

and saying that i am randoming op your fam, why shouldn't I? we are at WAR. so why not use my op if i can use it to your fam?

Phew, suck it up.  Back in the old days we fought several fams at once, thats where we learn to plan in advance and be prepared for any threats that may arise.  If we didnt cancel when we did what would a weeks difference make, 1446 were so fat and unbuilt they were asking for someone to come have a bite. 

We've been fighting 45/28/51/24/30/37/40 and more, im not whinging.

well...i read the first few posts and i must agree with orbit and kagar that it is totally dishonourable for colo's fam to nap break just bcos they were at a disadvantage and that they were gonna lose a war...if thats the case every fam can use that same lame excuse to clear all shares before the tick nap is over so as to win the war??if thats the case den wads the point in having a nap??

ive played with colo,undeath,nightwish and raspoetin and im really sad to say that u guys haf to resort to these measures to get your way.
