indeed, im waiting for people in their fam to come here and say "oh well you broke terms by being in our cores"..to which ill explain once, and once only as it seems 1455 doesnt care to hear it as they know they're wrong...

when nap was initially made we agreed to swap out of each others cores, the following day i talked to 55's leader about just sharing the systems we fought over and then staying out of each other's cores, to which he agreed. then he has all of his attackers explore into our core when we have deletes using the excuse "oh well u didnt swap out when u said u would", even though we had agreed otherwise. but hey, some people will do anything to "try" to win, and 1455's true character is showing now. for which they had a huge jump in fleet for and arent up much for lol

Gary, technically you didn't nullify any terms by being in our cores. Babyboom asked for swap-outs and by what he told us, you said no. So technically there was no cores agreement, and there was no terms for you to crap on.

Yes, a few of us explored into your cores, I didn't, I attacked a family in what i thought wasn't your core, as it only had one planet explored at that moment, and if you have my planet list (which I bet you do) you'll see I'm nowhere near most of your core systems. But, what's fair is fair, and how come you're allowed to be in someone else's core, when we're not. Who give you the right? Yes you attacked in, but you attacked us, and we didn't attack you and waste your money in infra to get what little shares we have in your core.

Oh, and btw. Only way we got in was because of all those deleters you had, remember those? Remember all those players who DON'T like you and didn't want to work as a team with you, oh amazing leader? I also love how your bankers left you to rot with a massive fleet. It shows you what they think of you and this war. You're going to lose, and in seven days, we'll rape your bankers the tick they're out of v-mode, because we'll be watching, and waiting. And then, when they delete, and leave you all alone with you 50 planets and no friends, we'll ask for 49 planets for a p-nap.

You forget that we have the gift of bankers. We'll out-jump you, one by one, and when all of us are twice your networth, and your bankers are still watching from the outside. Ha.

Remember, you don't get resources in v-mode. So all they had is what they'll have in 7 days.

Well whoever it was, your family members are calling out how lame they are, yet your the one that broke your word. Good job, bravo.

And you might think that cuz big gary is there he'd be wanting to attack you guys first, and disregard the NAP you guys were in default on. I can tell you now, he had no intentions. And despite his supposed reputation or bravado with some people, he doesn't rub me the wrong way at all. He only desires what is best for the family. Activity and unity being foremost. He's just a little rough and immature around the edges. You gotta be wise enough to see through that.

Anyhow, I have meetings the rest of the day.. cya guys.. Hope you cool ur heels guys, and realize that there is no win-win for either of us. Bragging rights are forfiet now. The bell has tolled. Someone larger than both of us combined will come along and snag up these planets eventually anyhow, so lets not get to the point we're just down and out and bitter about this round, there is ample opportunity to get past this for both of us.

Oh, btw, I just read what Horton has to say, it's craptacular talk and acting like that I despise in this game.

It appears as if 1418 thought differently about this NAP than we did... our leaders obviously gave us different repoorts back...

We got "we are going to swap out of cores then NAP," then "their leader doesn't want to swap anymore, what do you think" to which we all replied "hell no, solid cores or no nap and we remove them by force." To which we were getting around too even though it took a few days during which  we assumed more discusions were continuing... they obviously fell down with nap cancellation (which from our point of view was nice since as far as we were aware the nap was void due to the cores not being set up correctly.) There was an attempt by 1418 to rectify the suituation with a P-NAP but obviously that didn't work either, mostly because what we wanted as a fam was solid cores.

It appears what 1418 was told differs, mostly over these shared systems and that they were in fact agreed too, which if is correct was a) a mistake by our leader to do so and b) another mistkae not to tell us that they were in fact agreed, not in discussion. However if what we were told is actually correct, then Gary is either being a n00b and not recogniziong difference between accepting a term and still negotiating.

However it is now obvious why there is a war here because there has been mis-understanding in the past about what was agreed too and what was not...

In all honesty even tninking we would agree to the shared systems as they were was silly, most were deep in our core, some were probably understandable, but others required a swap out, esp with only a 48hr nap. (Also case in point I was against the orginal NAP being discussed.)

I respect you too Nai, but I dissagree that we would of been worse off if we hadn't accepted that first NAP, though it is my oppinion. I beleive the timing was right by your fam, you had made all the material gains you were likely too, if it went on any longer I saw us doing better and kicking you out, we had gained momentum and were starting to actually get organised.

ANyway it is all theoritical.... war is on now...
