After a long and thorough chat with Lex, I've decided to vote Lynns.

He claims lynns is the godfather (or the sorcerer equivalent). I have some doubts however, it's something that must be done..

Everyone currently residing in the castle had come to the courtyard. It was total chaos as everyone was shouting and pushing around Lexuzis and Lynns. Lexuzis claiming to be the Cleric and accusing Lynns of being the sorceress of Illusions had brought a lot of confusion to the castle, but it seemed that just a bit more than half of the castle-residents believed his story. As result that would mean that Lynns would face to consequences, everyone looked around as it was almost 12GMT, would anyone dare to change their mind at this late hour?

The clock struck twelve GMT and twelve loud chimes followed.

"How are we going to execute her?" someone yelled, a lot of shouting came from the crowd as they all just realised that the executioner had been murdered last night. After several minutes of shouting and yelling there was total silence after someone had shouted: "What about the oracle?".

Everyone looked at each other, knowing that the oracle would definitely know whether Lynns would be guilty or not. "Have you people forgotten about last time???" Someone else shouted. But no one had forgotten, everyone knew or had heard that the oracle was dangerous and very unpredictable. After several minutes of discussing, the residents of the castle decided that there was no other option, and thus all the residents started the long descent towards basement level 9, the basement where the oracle had been stored for many decades now.

In the middle of basement level 9 was a bright blue ball hovering on top of a ten foot pedestal. Most people called it the oracle, some called it the portal, but infact it was a true and pure link with the Essence. Some said you could even communicate with the essence, but most were to afraid to actually try and see if that was true.

One man stepped out of the crowd and started yelling to the Essence: "Ohh powerful Essence of all, we bring you a sacrifice, this person has been chosen by us all to feel the wrath of justice"

The crowd started to cheer as Lynns was thrown on her knees in front of the Essence. Now that the decision had been made everyone just hoped that it was the right one. With fear in her eyes she awaited of what would come. A purple light started to appear around Lynns and emitted a incredible bright light. Suddenly a gigantic lightning bolt shot out of the portal, followed by the sound of a roaring thunder. The immense power of the lightning had struck hard on Lynns and it was without doubt that she was no more.

Everyone was shocked at what just had happened, but it was only for a short moment as their attention got drawn towards Lynns. Images started to appear in the smoke coming from her recently thunderstruck body. It was soon obvious that the Essence was showing the path that she had been following in this life. The images showed it all, her birth, her wedding, the death of her parents and many more memorable events flashed by. Every important happening in her life was shown right until this very moment where she got struck by the essence.

The images faded alongside the smoke and shame and guilt started to appear on the faces of the crowd. They had all just witnessed Lynns' life story and there was not a single evil thing in it. Everyone knew it, they had just killed a loyal subject of the King.
