please note that this is not going to be a 2 fam thing.

there will most likely be somewhere between 10-20 players per fam, depending on how many people sign up. possibly even less than 10.

yup.
best that a mod and the leaders join a room in irc, then each leader picks 1 player the mod can then adjust the list accordingly. then make a final list?

maybe if u put ur name up to be leader, if theres too many people wanting to be leaders, the leaders are chosen from a vote? or i dunno...

and what happens when the famlists are done? how do players know what fam they belong? and how do them join? is it like a drafting? and what if someone miss to join at time? are there reserve players?
