Re: [ELECTION DAY] Who did you vote for? (Or would have if you can't)

It seems calls are made a bit early but yup, looks like a slick victory.

I hope it is anyway, better avoid the mess of a close-call election.

Re: [ELECTION DAY] Who did you vote for? (Or would have if you can't)

it's a LANDSLIDE VICTORY

no DOUBT, no question

it's IMPOSSIBLE for mccain to win now..simply impossible

Re: [ELECTION DAY] Who did you vote for? (Or would have if you can't)

I am truly scared for the future of this country.  the only comfort i can take in this tragedy is the hope that Obama will play politics like Bill Clinton and not follow the completely socialistic path he has been touting on the campaign trail.

i'm serious. my heart is aching for this beautiful country :'(

Elliot,

Haha. Well technically speaking, no one has the right to anything smile. And Bush wasn't all that bad, it's a lot worse when there is a Democratic party with the ability to do what without being faced with a balance of power.

As for moving to Sweden, it's all about it being an easy opportunity. I can be a parasite to another socialist country in revenge!

Fool,

lol. I have considered NZ before, not too bad of a place smile.

Theo,

Well there are practical difficulties that may easily keep me here in the meantime. On the other hand, you could make things a lot easier by marrying me smile. It would be an easy ticket to Canada haha.

Soth,

Well honestly, if our country moves away from its free-market principles, it's going to cause me to feel betrayed and have a hard time considering myself an American citizen.

Odd, I thought he wanted the american soldiers to pull out of conflictuous situations rather than provoking new conflicts tongue

i looked at the polling place for the pan-sexual peace party, but alas, no such option. so i just voted green party. might as well vote for the color of the choice of herbs i inhale.

EDIT: Sweden is awesome BTW, been there many times, gorgeous women, awesome food, intelligent people. whoever talks shite about the country obviously knows nothing about it

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.
Steve Jobs has ruined this joke.

Re: [ELECTION DAY] Who did you vote for? (Or would have if you can't)

I have nothing against Sweden! I love their socialist ideas and their social services. big_smile And the Swedes I know are great people!
