The opposite of opposite depends on the context, it could be same, identical, adjacent, synonym or a range of other things. One thing it isn't is bamboozling.

People go blue when they choke because their blood becomes de-oxygenated. This can be seen in light skinned people because their skin is slightly transparent and is filled with blood vessels. Since a Smurf's skin is blue in the first place they would probably remain blue.
