What you guys think about it? in general and in medical diagnostics / psychological sense?

are there differences in how people react, based on where there originally come from? are there differences between the 1st and say 3rd generation of immigrants?
when looking at test results, should it be taken into account?
to what extend should medics take to a different approach? if yes, what would be different from the approach to a "local" person ?
