a military coup is more realistic under mccain because obama will cut defense spending and severely reduce america's defense capability.

No I love some democrats, like the Clintons. The Clintons are capable of being ruthless, have pragmatic positions, and generally have a free-market policy. The democrats I hate are the far-left crazies who are in coalition with Nancy Pelosi and Reid, and long ago chose to favor Obama for their benefit and oust the Clintons from power.

The Tax code in America is Socialist in nature.
But, we in America are also a giving people.  People with higher incomes, grin and bear it...although, it is unquestionably unconstitutional.

Even so, Americas taxes ARE lower than the socialized Medicine and Big Central Parliamentary govts. of Europe.

This allows Americans to have large not-for-profit groups and a very Large portion of donations by the rich.

When you allow a central govt. to take more, to administer.... you take away from the giving/donating portions.

Obama is a socialist.  It is clear. 
To me, it makes him philosophically incorrect.  Not an Ogre....just wrong.

Not really, because the social security cap is going up. That will add another 5% to the taxes of upper middle class people who mistakenly believe they are gaining a tax savings. Now I know he said that upper middle class incomes would have less income tax, but he never said anything about it being more than 10%.

Obama is going to increase funding to education and health care, but he's going to make the system worse. I have no problem funding education, but not until the frivolous programs are eliminated like sports teams, music, art and blah blah blah. What we need are free-market solutions to increase the efficiency of our public services, not more fuel to the fire or middle men.
