> "Look into the habits of BODYBUILDERS, ever noticed how they fatten up before they begin to drive themselves towards higher muscle mass, or that during training they eat over 6000 calories a day?"
Dude, I'm not trying to be that healthy (or rather, fit, would be the more appropriate term), just trying to live a good life, you know.
> "Actually despite your best interests you are causing yourself irreversible damage to your body. Go look at a reputable bodybuilders site (look for names you know) and look at what they eat."
I'd like to know how you what I am doing to my body when you dont know me and have no clue about my eating habits, working habits, or anything else thats goes on in my life? I'm not some anorexic celebrity that eats only a sandwich a day and works out for 6-7 hours a day. I mean, really dude, I make sure to get a good amount of, not too few, not too many, carbs & fats & sodium & potassium & proteins each day. I eat at least one fruit and two vegetables every day. I take a vitamin every 3 days (every day can cause toxicity). I work out 3 days a week (20 minutes of running, and 100-150 pulls of various weight-lifting exercises, nothing too drastic).
So Fokker, I have no clue where you get this idea that I'm doing "irreversible damage to my body" but I would appreciate it if you would please elaborate and provide direct examples of this, before making pre-mature judgments on someone's lifestyle that you have no clue about.
Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; let thy glory be above all the earth. ~Psalms 57:5
