jwilliams you posted several threads stating when you were raiding us at the time we didn't hit you back and we left you guys alone Tryme negotiated a NAP that i'm honestly thinking it was 12 hr not a PNAP that was nvr mentioned in our forums or to any of us personally... u were gonne be hit back regauardless you pissed us off in the beginin and i don't know why you think you would get away with it.

you even say your self there was no CF no NAP signed but negotiations were being made did you think that was honorable?... anywho your time came GL next round

You are right bender, keeping your word is just as important here. But to be honest the relations page was put there for a reason, to prevent arguments over naps exisiting or not, or accidental breeches happening - if people go against that its down to them to deal with it. Naps signed in PM's and posted on forums are alright i guess, as all players should be checking forums frequently but accidents do still happen

missleading someone to think that a nap is difrent than it is, or making them belive there is a nap when you don't agree that it is, is just as dishonorable as breaking the nap. naps are about trust betwin ppl. don't break that trust. no idea of any of this happened here, I just bring it up as this is a thing that happends just as often as nap breaks but nobody ever talks about it.

what many forget this days is to make an actual writen agreement for the nap. write it down or copy if from somewhere else, it doesn't matter. as long as both leaders (and fams) can read it and see exactly what this nap is. this will stop a lot of confusion around the nap terms.

but basicly just stop making so many naps!

regarding the situation bender it was a 12 hr nap which we gave 12 hr notice on cancellation.
we honored our nap and be it as it may we took pleasure in hitting 1248`s leader for his mistakes.
its his fault so he lives with that decision.
and as far as naps go we have fewer than anyone else, im sure of it.

Anyway, and for your future rounds, jwilliams, my advice: when there is no signing at relations page the NAP simply dont exists. Take it that way and you'll never have this problems anymore, dont trust words in chat, neither pmsgs signed, only valid thing is a sign at relations page plus the agreement signed by both fam leaders and posted in forum. Any other thing IS NOT A NAP
