the biggest problem that any leader has is that too many people want it just to be in power (kind of like American politics)... it isn't really a power if you do it right, and it won't ever work unless people learn to follow as they would want to lead.
basically... this is a military game, and in the military if you have people questioning your every move, then the whole unit fails.
it is distracting to the leader from other things that he/she has to do as leader, like confirming naps., and diplomacy... if he/she has to take more time to deal with malcontents, then that is less time to spend on the more important things in the game.
vote your leader and follow... if you cause problems for the leader, then you are the reason your family fails miserably.
