how in the world will war and peace soothe flashy's throat eh?
someone told me about some/ or one teaspoons of lemonjuice, some sugar, and then pour some hot boiled water over it, and then drink it:P
mix well of course 
it should jus tbe enough for some sips
Yaggermeister (originally used as medicine, it's a mix of different herbs and it's 35% alcohol, strong enough to kill any cold, and tastes pretty good)

and warm water, mixed with honey when i woke up and went to sleep
you'd be surprised how effective honey is - and to prevent colds and other illneses ...have a little honey every day
Like I said, use honey in a cup of tea 
That honey is just to give you sugar, fast enery to fight off what is attacking. You could just aswell drink sugar .
Atleast thats my theory
in ,my lil recipe honey could be used as well, might even be better
honey is supposed to haves infection fighting qualities as well
Sugar is just sugar, honey is more than just sugar.
