Surging into the lead and not looking back, this fam has made serious gain. Great infra and have the biggest banker (currently) in the galaxy. Doesnt look they will be slowing down anytime soon!

Well! you all have tags!  - Thats a good sign of SoR communication and organisation, is it not? A slight lack of activity and effort here perhaps? I dont think the reason you are ranked 28 is because you possess a lack of IC skills. As i see some decent players named here. Perhaps you are planning an 'uber-jump' to shoot into the top 20? if you guys were more active i think you'd quickly climb ranks. IMO they will Contend around rank 20.

29 The Capricorn Armoury (1423)
At the end of the first day, they were ranked around 43 for NW. Since then, they have organised a few successive jumps, are trying alot harder and gaining ranks quite quickly. Have had quite alot of good luck after kicking out the inactives who they had at SoR, and getting in some really decent randoms. And with handsome, charismatic, intelligent players like Mace in their fam (;))- they cant fail to contend in the 15-20 area.

Turtle and the Hare (1425)
For starters - they have a bunch of inactives down there who are begging to get kicked. If they are from SoR - kick em, get a fresh random. But some good player at top, although more effort and activity may be required. Also, sorry to break it to you, but thats a rabbit in your fam pic not a hare. Contending 20-25 are if all their players  get the finger out.

31 The Misfits lol (1439)
Growing steadily, nothing overly dramatic going on from them. But some mediocrely solid players around there. They have less inactives than most <30Ranked fams. Which is the main issue with most of the underdog fams IMO. Those dead weight, inactive players at the bottom there; if it was up to me, id clear and try and get a decent random in. As a side note - Why write "Lol" in your fam name? you people are too 1337 for me. Contending the 30-35 area.

32 Respect the Authority (1438)
Im guessing these guys have a small fleet, surely they aint OB'ing yet. Planets are low compared to NW. Again, a few inactives sitting on 1250 NW. Whats seperating the top fams from the second half of the leaderboard here is mainly these inactivities and wastes of space in a fam Despite your fam pic looking like a boyband with anger management issues - Contending >25.

33 NBA All-Stars (1419) 
Your getting planet fat! Your basketball coach tells you to tone up! Has fallen ranks since first and second day. I dont think they have enough active dedicated players to turn that fall around. Contending the 40s

34 Cash, War and Power (1450) 
A small fam, but no inactives! Which is quite rare at this area on the leaderboard. Not sure about the leader's race... or some of the others races to be honest. Im 'old skool' in the fact i believe players should have specific dedicated roles, rather than being a 'Jack of all trades' with regard to their race... But good ratio of active attackers and bankers however. (presuming Josemaria, and Turd are bankers <.<) Still, not entirely convinced. Contending 35-40

35 Capricorns Crazy Randoms (1430) 
A small fam for its rank, with just 9 players. They are pretty decent players who seem quite active, although Crazy Random Hawk is carrying them along at the moment. They would be contenders up there >25+ if they had filled the fam with a decent draft or two. And clear that inactive! Contending the 30-35 range unless they can get in a decent draft or random.

36 SKELETON ARMY (1442) 
Only 1 inactive (get him carried out of there in a body-bag guys plz) Again though, not sure about a few races there. But a decent fist full of Camaar there. If they get the infra to support them, and the Cammaar get active, could be quite nasty in 'underdog wars'. A bit more effort and Contending 25-30s

37 Go go activity! (1416)
Just a slow start? Or 'rabbit in the headlights' dont know what do to? The most planets a single one of their players has is 20 at time of writing, that is not a fast enough rate of expo to fill your cores before some opposing fam does, guys. A decent handful of active players though, give them all a pep talk and tune up those wheelchairs - could zoom up a few ranks. Not enough dedicated active attackers though. You will break like dry twig when you get into a war. Contending 40-45

At this point im starting to get stuck for decent things to say. Im sorry. Now i know why no1 PvC's this far down the board.... Your top player is an attacker, he has nearly half your Fams NW, you need give planets to bankers and build Cash factories so they can support everyone. Revlons bankers under 10k NW is not working Contending 40-45

Which is upwards? Im guessing? - Well not without some work guys. You fam is full with inactives - kill them off and get active randoms in. Are you starting to OB? Or build fleet? Certain players there are just not trying, *jabbs giant choas nigeria for starters* At the moment with the amount of activity going on there, you aint gonna be flying anywhere. Contending 35-40

40 Re-organising (1447)
Mildly planet fat, perhaps a sign of lacking resources, such as iron, to build infra?  I see the 'old 10k NW Partax down there too - pop bankers beware, if they ever get the infra behind them to support a war....  less than active tho. Contending around rank 40

I aint going any lower as it just depresses me. Sorry to any fams i have been harsh to. I tried to pick good points out from most fams, although as i made it down the list i started to struggle in some cases
Notice there are no Pretenders here as im nice and everyone is a contender (Why do i remind myself of a primary school teacher talking to mentally simple children when i say that?):/
