I had that problem, I just went with it. A 2 hour nap does the body good. But when nobody works around you it tends to be easier:p

2 hour naps do nothing for me.. I end up waking up even worse :s

three of the best options:

1. go to the bathroom, have like a 15-30 miniute powernap and no one will be the wiser

2. wash your head in cold water

3. drink coffee

Coke, Coffee, Sugar, drugs, counting your toes, Ice cold shower, ten minute alarm clock which you can set off before it rings, so that if you are awake you remember to push on it on time and if not it'll ring loudly...

What kinda work do you do? Office?

Everytime you tend to fall asleep get some coffee, some food (like a chocolate bar), take a walk around the office, get some fresh air.

A powernap won't work, i'll only be more tired after it.
Like this evening, i went to bed and i wasn't tired at all.
When i woke up i was super tired, and as the day passes i become more and more awake.

Yes office work, and if i had to do that i'd have to do that every 10 mins tongue
