They are not the most agressive fam ,but they will sure try if thier races stay the same. Attacking power will not be thier weakpoint. Activity and bad leadership could be their down fall. contenders for top 10.

2     More than Meets the Eye (1424)     13     14300     0 don't really love this fam. Location is decent not great ,but workable. Thier fam makeup seems ok. They are sorta just blah ok they are there. Average fam at best Could be one of those that prove me wrong ,but pretenders for top 10

3     Papi Papi Papi Chulo! (1444)     13     14300     0 When evilsheep is there you know they are destined to fail. Remember old 88 from a couple rounds back. well a couple of thier players are here. I Say with leadership and game knowledge they are a contender for top 10. experience is big when so many fams lack a key player or two.contenders for top 10 ,but prob will finish outside.

4     You Dumbass! (1432)     13     14300     0 Its funny I think thier activity and few key players will hold them together this round. I think their theme is dumb ,but sometimes that can hold em back not these guys they will be in the top 10 expo hunt. And depending on if they can get a favorable war matchup will determine how far they will go. contenders for top 10

5     StarCraft (1457)     13     14300     0 Ateam and co another fam that seems to have abused the draft feature. I know they havn't ,but some fams are just to all-starish for my liking. It always happens after shuffles can Ateam take them to the level of the elite. Will they underachieve depends how high thier heights are set. I would have to say Anything less then a top 5 is a disapointment and pretenders for the win.

6     CadBurYs Chocolate (1434)     13     14300     0 Have a few weak spots in this lineup. not quite as strong as some of the fams previously mentions or soon to be ranked. A top 15 finsih would be a success for these guys Pretenders for top 10.

7     ~We aRe Sh33p~ (1433)     13     14300     0 I sheep better then being leet. I am not so sure ,but it its cool to go baa baa baa then count me in. baa baa baa all the way to a top 5 baa finish. Baa for their attackers and baa for their bankers Contenders for the win.

8     We gotta take the flour back (1435)     13     14300     0 Worst fam i have to mention so far.Activity may be ok skills may be ok. Honestly They will prob start out okay. top 15 e-phase ,but the bakery is about to be cought on fire. The flour is about to be poured out for these guys. Will never last all round without a great beatdown. Pretenders for everything.

9     Fiscal Comeuppance (1437)     13     14300     0 may end up lacking econ and some of their players are not the strongest. compared to some of the better fams they really don't compare. I do like thier theme ,but that isn't gonna win thier round or even place em in the top 10. Pretenders.

10     (1459)     12     13200     0 Arganon coolman among others as i randomed here i know that they don't seem active enough to compete for top 10 ,but with quality leadership and guidence they could end up being very competitive. I don't think they will finish higher then 15 so pretenders for top 10.

11     Doing Big Things! (1440)     12     13200     0 Pirates fam another fam that i like ,but not strong enough to recommend a top finish. Should be strong on the attacking front ,but lacking on econ all round. so i will have to say pretenders for top 10.

12     Wall Street Crashers (1441)     12     13200     0 hydro scorp whiteshadow tymo among others. If this fam isn't among the top 3 then they failed for sure. A strong fam attacking and banking. Stratagy is never a problem with these guys. COntenders for the win.

13     ~~AA~~ (1445)     12     13200     0 Activity is there even before the round so i am gonna say this is a very chat happy fam. which is a key for a good round. Contenders for top 10. I wanted to write them off maybe not enough attacking strength. if they econ whore then who knows.

14     iFamily (1451)     12     13200     0 Another iphone family will have to say played out and sick of it. Pretenders for everything!!!!!!!!!!! upside down I's

15     Capris Most Crazy Randoms (1430)     12     13200     0 a group of randoms somewhat organized a pretty decent group depending on how they play who they ally. Will determine how far they go. If all thier players are active a top 10 isn't outside thier grasps.

16     (1453)     12     13200     0 A bottom 10 fam contenders for last if things go real sour. maybe they will be semi organized ,but i just not sure if they have it. Pretenders for everything

17     U vs ME (1450)     12     13200     0 My fam not much i can really say. some strong talent ,but at the moment a group of individuals once they come together as a family then we will see how far they can be. A top 15 would be a success for this fam. COntenders for top 15.

18     Hypno Crabs (1415)     12     13200     0 Lacking some econ power ,but if some players step up and lead the way.Could surpise some fams or even finish top 10. Atm i will say Prob finish 12-14 in most ranks. Contenders for top 10 though.

19     Inactive Randoms (1452)     12     13200     0 If activity could win a round alone these guys would be the winners.I been watching them the past couple days they never log off. I know they have skills also underated fam because they are contenders for the win.

20     Exotic!! (1422)     12     13200     0 portagues fam I like this fam to contend for a top 10 ,but only 10 fams can finish there. talent and skills is there a bad leadership decision will doom em in the future. Pretenders for top 10.

"ok so it seems this gets said every time someone writes a pvc, but anywho.

90% of the ppl complaining about the pvc have never written one themselves, it is a huge pain in the ass and in the end is just a combination of opinion and information. don't say its a bad pvc just because you don't get rated high  there are 2 things you can do if you dont think you got a rating you deserved.
1. write your own damn pvc
2. prove the current writer wrong "

how can u realy do a PvC as ppl change their names? so how do u know who is who realy? Just wondering?

O i c, dam so must take a long time to make one.....

depends. when i write one it takes a long time cuz i go thru and get info from all leaders who are willing to give it, and other players i know from the past. then put that all together, patch out line ups, look at who is around them, find out their allies, etc. then make a pvc

some just look at what they see and start writing
