Re: Obama and history of Radicalism

Ok, I have no idea who Charles Rangel is... gotta google him, haha. Look, I am not that interested in politics, and I spend too much time here.

About the black - yeah, I heard the same. African is not the same as black. I have met africans and I have met blacks. Not the same.

Well, at the end of the day - I do doubt Obama. But the tests he has to pass are set fairly low, as I oppose McCain's campaign. I don't know what else to do.

Re: Obama and history of Radicalism

Charles rangel is a thirty year democrat congressman from new york city who rammed thru a $2 million earmark for a Charles rangel school of govt in his district, because he inspires the poor black kids in harlem. And he had to pay $75000 in back taxes--no fines or interest--because for 20 years he forgot to pay taxes on a rental condo he owned in Barbados.

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.
Steve Jobs has ruined this joke.

Re: Obama and history of Radicalism

Remember to call it a "tax break," not a "tax cut" or anything suggesting it's a tax refund for recipients of Obama's proposed hand-outs under his tax plan. He wants to redistribute wealth across the board, regardless of whether or not you pay any taxes. He'll just mail you a check in return for your vote.

Re: Obama and history of Radicalism

yeah, he does not seem like the guy I want in office, but I really don't know much about him or anything he has ever done.
