Funny situation, the Aussie banks got themselves into a few issues in the last couple of years due to some really bad big investments so they have been tightening up on their lending practices in recent times.

The other good thing is that worker shortages have become such an issue that any job losses will probably come for positions that haven't been filled yet.

and new zealand, most of our banks are auzzie owned tongue  but the government just approved a plan to secure all bank deposits yay for us! pity our dollar has been getting annahilated recently....
