This is no longer a protest. This is an act of terrorism and ethnic violence against Han Chinese by the Tibetan Chinese. How can the free world support a free Tibet in the face of such horrible Tibetan Chinese deeds? Are such manifestations the Tibetan Chinese monks' ways of reaching enlightenment?

Does anyone know if the Tibet separatists are still funded by the CIA for anti-communist guerilla activities? It seems abit convenient that a ruckus is being caused in the leadup to the Olympics.

There isen't enough nucklear materials in the gorund to make that many nukes .

I guess, since Tibet is a part of China, that they don't wanna let it be a country on its own, cause if they did then more parts of China could try the same. Similar to what Russia is doing in Tjetjenia, which is a part of Russia. In Tjetjenia however there are plenty of natural resources that Russia doesn't want to let go of.

And yea China isn't the perfect country (lol) but it is improving alot:)

Read up on the version of Buddhism which was practised in Tibet, it was more like the Inquisition 24/7 then anything transcendental.

They may conveniently start praising the virtues of democracy and equality now but it was very, very different in the not too distant past and one has to be skeptical whether they genuinely understand the importance of liberalism or they're really fighting for the return of autocratic rule by the clergy.

Judging by the way the Dalai Lama's Buddhist supporters in Tibet violently attack and suppress other Buddhists who support a different deity, it's more the latter than the former.

I'm not criticising all ordinary Tibetans if they want greater autonomy or even independence. I'm talking about the Buddhist monks and the descendants of the nobility of the old feudal system who have styled themselves as the champions of independence and democracy.

Wow....so its the fault of the Buddhists.......damn religious bastards.

Let the Tolerant and even handed Hard line Communists solve the problem.
