You weren't winnin' our war, ye just refused t' end it, bringin' both our fams from top10 down into th' 20's because it were bein' th' BOR an' we weren't buildin' infra.  Wars should only last a couple days, once one side loses 20-30%, or neither side takes th' upper han', then ye end th' war an' move on, 'tis called good sportsmanship, Get out of me rum!  And hoist the mainsail! When we fought, after talkin' t' some o' ye I knew yer fam would not admit defeat an' in th' end me fam would lose any planets we'd hope t' gain from ye t' other vulturin' fams.  So even if I won th' war I'd lose in th' end.

I personally have asked Masterfreak t' stop retakes an' that if done we will stop killin' his portals

since th' rest o' 63 is inactive an' not doin' retakes fer o'er 24hrs now me policy an' im sure 91's policy will be this towards 63

1 - we will only retake what is taken from us
2 - if a fam in 63 continues t' retake then we will farm that scurvey dog t' nothin'

thus th' war can be declared o'er even without a nap.

We wared many days, an' 91 got th' lead, congats :-) I were bein' expectin' it too ofcause, but we still have a little lead on 70, fer as long as it lasts :-)
