i apologize panda, you are correct in saying one of our members hit you first, taking one planet, which u reacted taking 10 or so.

according to my clock this thread letting the world know you are at war was posted 9 ticks ago. from that point on the first contact between our families was actually made by yourself. (week 36-37 war apparently started, whether it started then or not it was when it was known so is all that is relevant. you hit us in week 39 or this year)

1. i have no idea what you tell col, generally what i see of those messages is after he hits you you will send something along the lines of "OMG WTF IS YOUR PROBLEM, WE ARE AT WAR YOU STUPID VULTURE" which is a great way to get a positive response from a person
2. do me a favor and point out which system he took then tickered, as there has only been about 15 planets in conflict since the beginning of the past year
3. yes he explored, admittedly, but ummm....we want planets, there were open planets, he was close. why in the world do you allow empty planets in your core anyway?

want to lie more? he took 2 portaled planets of one of our guys while we were art war with 1069... i retook that 2 + the other 2 unportaled he had in there because he tried to portal up in a system... and we had bankers in there.. thats not 10
should i leave someone who just hit us portaling up in the same system? wtf
btw you allies did hit me in the same system.. after one msg the stayed out of the war and let me retook it... nice guys..

(and the whole time your partax was trying tio op our savings.. he gave a dam that we were at war.. got msgs.. )

24 hours ago i talked with your leader that we will be at war soon... and he said yeah he will just keep ping pong over those unportaled planets in because i hit first and wont take anything else of my fam... told him his fam attacked first.. but he never answerd again

i'm not talking over the lat 2 years.. he knows what i'm talking about...   he got a shared with me.. fighterruned me.. and then start tickering me... after i told him we are at war.. in the end i just deportaled the 3 tickers he had on me so that he don't destroys my whole fleet... i can show you msgs if you want.

5 planets all over our core which will get him 100 shared with my bankers.. yeah... 12 ticks after i told him we are at war with 1091 and will be at war with 1087 in 2 days.... strange... 
and after i took those he uses that as an excuse to go after our portals...

dude. 10 planets, is not vulturing. 100 planets, is vulturing. and no not at all, my logic was that at this point in the round it would take a complete and total n00b to not have his cores filled up yet.
and again, looking for your example of when col portalled cleared then tickered
and yes, you hit us first after you were at war, which = no vulturing even if we took 100 planets. we have no intentions of doing so.

but here ill break it down for you.
you say you only do retakes from what black widow did, i believe that was your statement, as a matter of fact ill venture to say that i am 100% sure of it.
well, over the past 100 ticks. black widow has taken a total of 2 planets. for shits and giggles ill even say they were both from you as i dont feel like looking again.
so you say again, you only, the word you yourself used was indeed "only". so you only retook the planets black widow took from your smaller guys.
let me do some math....so you take 14 planets...she takes 2... that makes it a minimum of 12 planets that you didnt retake from black widow.
now im just taking a shot in the dark here. but pretty sure that makes you look like a fool not me? the fact you decide to bring up 1069 which is completely irrelevant to the current situation and unless you can bring up factual information saying we took a good deal of planets from you (i remember telling col not to hit you while you were warring, however pathetic the war was) judging by the current information you have portrayed about the current situation, ill go ahead and say you really don't know what you are talking about.

which is still untrue actually, as directly after black widow took 1 planet, you took 3.

and no actually, as i saw the edit and it appeared that it had been added. regardless, she took 1. failed on it the first time (check to see if figs present) then you hit her for 3.

but its still vulture if you hit portals of a fam at war.. if it is 1 planet.. 10 planets or 100 planets..
really if everyone would take 10 planets of fams that are at war because it isn't vulture you would have 300 planets less after a war just because of that.. asuming that just the top 30 fams behave like that.

according to infils which col just took,

between panda, exposed, and radical lost a total of 2 planets to 87.
