6'2" 245lbs ... but I'm a fitness trainer, so I'm like the window dressing that gets potential clients to say "How do I look like him" *pointing to me*

We then say "Well, with a trainer and nutritionist from us, we can start the process today!"

Real answer is "From an early ages, make a decition that you don't care if you ever eat anthing tasty ever again, and make a commitment that from the age of 16 to the age of 24 that you are going to spend every free moment in the gym.  All you need now are good genetics and a large helping of gigantic ego, and poof ... that's how you do it."

I'm 5'10 about 300 lbs

and anyhow the govt redefined obesity downwards about 12 years ago, so suddenyl 1/3 fo america is obese

maybe we should go back to eating soup 2x a day

come to think if the panicmongers are right that's where we're headed.

haha ... yea, the bmi stuff is a load of crap.  I'm like 7% body fat ... 10% tops.  Obesity is when you reach 25%, thats what the bni doesn't take into consideration.
