That's a stupid thing to say anyway. Governments, banks, schools, etc. have been hacked. If a hacker wants to hack something, they will do it. Simply put.

That's like saying a banker would've never got raided if he/she had better defenses when everybody knows if an attacker wants to kill a banker, that banker is dead

Stefan is resonsible for coding security flaws.

I think the hacker hacked IC so that someone else would suggest that the hacker thought that if they caused troubles in the game stefan would give VIP for everyone so that the real hacker could blame them!
