Topic: Lets Fight. 83 vs 94

I thought if our allies were going to hit 55 we should help them with hitting the allies of 55.. sorry for 94.

we also had all our fleets hovering above rambo before the roll back. but we didn't trigger them yet so lucky for us they didn't know we were coming for them. what happened to 86 was unlucky.. because of the roll back we had to resend and it didn't go as good as the first time, first time we had 300 planets covered now only like 150.. Still Rambo lost 150 planets (sorry Love Still Love Yah tongue)

to keep it all short WAR TIME!! 83 striked first lets see what 94 can do back..

ive never seen anything like it -  since when have long range raids of bankers been war ?   this whole round has been lame - has there been a single war worth talking about ?  the map needs to be made like half the size next round

lol, is that because you can't handle it?  jumping huge fleet to run each other within 5minutes after the nap is canceled is a thrill too but it is as much war as this.. and what has the range to do with banker raids.. the longer the harder thats all :\

when i do wars i dont go after bankers.... bit boring in my book as your nearly certin to win but i guess its just me......


and i cant handle it ?  ive taken out a bit of your fams spread elro which is kind of hard when you guys have 10X the fleet - i might not come and shout about it in the forum much but ive not given up.....  im not used to being the underdog but i can handle it smile

and going after bankers is the way war is supposed to be...defending your bankers is your job because the only reason bankers are even a part of this game is to fund you....so if i wanna effectively take you down then i take out your income and then finish you off so you cant rebuild.

i am not playing attacker so that i can fight you and beat you then watch you rebuild and same old thing over and over...no im here to put whoever it is im fighting in the dirt and then stomp on them so they cant get back up. its called winning....

What other kinda war is there?

Real wars:
1. Massive banker raids done by sneaking guys into people's cores.
2. NAP is cancelled - everyone has shares.

Arguably number 2 is more interesting, but that requires all top fams to be NAPed with each other first!

More common fake wars:
3. Ping pong with a fam, someone declares
4. Big fam farms small fam and decides to do it officially
5. Small skirmish involving 2-3 systems...

Sure, it may not be as interesting as a massive war with a NAP being cancelled where both fams stand on equal strategic footing...but it's certainly better than 3-5...which is all I've seen for the last few years.

real wars are when you 48hr nap with like 15-20 cores max and have a good 50 cores shared - they dont really happen - last time i was in one in andro the fam we canceled on broke the nap early to clear most shares (middle it was) so these real wars are quite rare cos the fam that think there gonna lose normally break on the other....  thats the problem with ic these days

Ironic I lost alot to 55 and 94 and I'm a banker. Also guy in 94 told kagar he was gonna rape me and him into pmode.

I think the main problem is people get scared and wimp out. I havent' had too many pre-emptive breakings of NAPs...but more so, ENAPs (cause it's usually ENAPs that are made) come towards the expected date, then the leaders talk and make it a PNAP. Happesn with 48 hour NAPs too - people just cbf risking a big war with a top fam, so they just don't cancel or make it a PNAP.

Or, like we ended up doing this round, we ally the fam before we war...I was so annoyed about that. We had an ENAP with 1102 - ready to take 'em all down. I'd been focusing on shares since SoR. And then we ally them. sad

hmm tymo shut up so wars are only real wars if you hit the attackers of the other fam.. how does a war ever ends than ? if your not hitting bankers.. damn shut up tymo a war is to hurt the other fam so up that they cannot jump fleet to do the same back to you and to gain planets.. but to keep honor offer nap after you took 15% of there planets or if you see they really are beaten up.

if they refuse kill them for there stupidity.
its all about gaining planets moving forwards..

now that you and your allies getting hitted you start telling this is no war.
