We have an agreement for a specific area. Portgas took planets of you in systems were he was portaled and you explored into, outside of that area were we had an agreement.

1091 is not to go past line 59 to the south in sec 1 and 3 and not to the east of line 47 in sec 1 and 3.

1083 is not to go past the line 60 to the north in sec 1 and not the the east of line 47 in sec 1.

Planets explored in those areas have to be handed over on demand to the other side.

Planets taken in there have to be traded out on demand(only 1 planet for 1 planet and moral does not matter).

This agreement can be canceled with 48 hours notice sent to leader and 2 top VL.

im not pairing up with 1083 darklegacy, i just think WS should of said it before, not after  the correct rankings.

im not keeping side  to be honest as i know people from both families very well and i certainly will enjoy seeing who wins this, id also like to see doomer get his butt kicked but that's about all
