well that happens anywhere that sexuality is repressed, how many rapes do ye see in Amsterdam.

or Spain, or even Englan' fer that reason....  only in countries that try t' control sexuality is it so rampant.

an' as a note Amsterdam has th' lowest crime rate o' any country per capita, that means that they have virtually no crime at all, because civil liberties be respected, as well as th' adult decisions o' consentin' adults.

As a matter affect... The Netherlands is even a terrible translation... as it is Nederland -> logical translation: Netherland. WE ARE ONE COUNTRY XD.
