Though I'm not overly confident of the quality of judgement American military possesses; considering when the conflict started in Afghanistan an American pilot mistook Canadian soldiers in jungle camoflogue for Taliban because the higher ups didn't feel like telling their troops the Canadians would be having live fire exercises; I'm sure they judged the buildings to be a legitimate target before dropping the bombs as opposed to some yahoo having fun with the bombs, those bombs plus the fuel are expensive you know.
