Re: 2008 USA Election

Yeah a liberal with a liberal. He pisses of the Christian voters who he desperately needs since he lacks much of the conservative voters, and he pisses of the devout Republicans with crossing the line... in hopes he will get 10% of the Democrats? Yeah thats a decision he would regret forever.

Everything bad in the economy is now Obama's fault. Every job lost, all the debt, all the lost retirement funds. All Obama. Are you happy now? We all get to blame Obama!

Biden will be with Obama and
Romney will be with McCain

that's what i think the results will end up being...

Re: 2008 USA Election

Well Einstein you do have to consider the idiot vote which, unfortunately, in this country is a good portion of the voting population.  If McCain were to stand up and say "I'm sick of partisan politics in this country.  therefore i not just going to talk about a dream of change but rather i am going to make change happen and make a respected democrat of 30 years my VP choice."   If he did that he would get a huge portion of the idiot vote have been touting that bumper sticker slogan.  not to mention he will win over the swing voters who are voting for a dem because of President Bush's record.  I think it would be a good decision for the short term but quite devestating when he gets into office.

Re: 2008 USA Election

and oh McCain doesn't even know how many houses he has LOL
now there's a couple of ways to go at this

If he forgot due to age... now that's a problem, the biggest one in my opinion
If he just has too many to remember... that's a problem too, how can he know anything about the problems if he has never expereicned them and his "illitest" charges toward obama are on him now,
If he doesn't have anything to do with his property and his wife handels it, that's a problem too, cuz that makes him a [woof!] wink LMFAO tongue and how can he beat alqaeda if he's a [woof!]?

big_smile

by the way the ad they came up with...in my opinion should proove really effective..it also helps that one of McCain's top advisors in his campaign, last week said that Americans were whiners and that the economic problems are all in their head ..if only they were..

And McCain ripped Obama instantly on that housing stuff, in quite the ultra successful manner. Try not to hand your head on a platter Obama, k pls? Yeah gotta make it look like Democrats have a chance or they will all commit suicide!

Re: 2008 USA Election

are you talking about the rezko thing? LOL

well for one thing, Obama in an interview has already acknowledged his mistake, and says it was a mistake...The only reason they had contact was that Obama didn't have enough money to buy the house AND the other property that was included in the deal
so Rezko buyed the other property and Obama bought the house
The funds that Obama recieved for his campaign from Rezko were politely declined and were given to charity
he has already said he made a mistake... and i don't really see the big deal with that case anyways...

unlike this case where McCain has shown his position throughout a couple of events..it's not just this one..they've been pilling up ever since the primaries

He has said that economy has made great progress in the last few years and jobs are doing great, in a debate once
he later said a few days ago that the fundamentals of the economy were great in the last few years
followed by his top advisor saying the problem is only in our head...and that Americans are Whiners
FOLLOWED by him not even knowing how many houses he has....
and don't forget McCain admiting that he is bad with the economy [he really didn't have to say it, it's easy to figure out..really]

Re: 2008 USA Election

well newb like i pointed out, it's not just the houses issue

it's a compiling series of unfortunate[atleast for mccain] events. Like the ones i pointed out in my other post.
McCain CONTINUES to have "mistakes" in economic issues. His advisors think it's all in america's head and that americans are just a bunch of whiners...
He's basically running on his experience and so called foriegn policy experience, but as I had wished and hoped Biden will probably be with Obama, so now that field is preety much equal too now..

McCain's done!

BTW i just had to say... i know i'll get shot down by saying this but the patience, obidience to Obama, the discipline in the Obama camp is simply STUNNING

To not even have one man in the camp break promise of letting the supporters know first the VP choice, is AMAZING
and i would say the text message idea is just great..helps the campaign a lot

we should except McCain handing out brown scrolls written on with feathers coated with black ink, half burnt saying his VP choice tongue or maybe carved stones?

Re: 2008 USA Election

he would've done HORRIBLE with hillary

see this is another thing, if obama was some other man, he would've picked hillary just because he wants her votes, that i think obama will get regardless - polls have been prooved to be BS this election

but instead he chose a man, who he knew he could work with, and who he knew would stand up against him, if needed, a man who has the experience, who has the knowledge, who has the respect, who balances the ticket

this would be the best ticket in a LONG LONG time
on one side you have the great personality man, who's determined to change the way things are done, and on the other side you have a man with the experience and the know how to make sure Obama reaches his goals!

Re: 2008 USA Election

yell Biden has 35 years of experience in the senate...that's more than 3 decades
He has the know how, his foriegn policy knowledge is amazing...
he's a bad presidential candidate i guess..like i said before i've never followed american politics before this, so i wouldn't know why he failed..It takes a lot more than experience to get that job
But it doesn't take more than experience and the know how to be the VP candidate, he might've had bad campaigns but in the unfortunate event that he needs to take office, he will do a great job
and as far as his racist comments, you can forget about those, with help from Obama's campaign--they are disciplned, patient, they follow Obama, they do what is needed, they are a tight, well running ship..and they won't let Biden go onto say his unwanted comments,

Re: 2008 USA Election

Biden is more conservative than McCain,he is a Israel suck-up and a Bilderberger.
Great choice.

The inmates are running the asylum

Re: 2008 USA Election

are you gkin kidding me?

he has one of the most liberal records in the senate, however MAYBE he was more conservative than the old McCain, but this McCain has mostly flip-flopped on most his views just so he can run as a conservative,

I actually watched he speech yesterday..and i'll probably get flammed for this but this line was crazzyy big_smile, it worked really well too
he started by saying," just like you i have problems too, economic problems[he's in 300K debt, the poorest senator BTW] and just like everyone in the morning i sit at my kitchen table and me and my wife think of how we can get out of those problems, while all of america is doing that McCain has to think and decide which of his 7 homes kitchen tables to sit at, no wonder he thinks the economic progress has been great and the economic fundamentals of our economy for the past 8 years have been strong"
