Nah im guessing that post was to notify us all that he's gonna become very planet-fat in the next few tics and so we can all farm him for his planets, as our own expo costs are like 75k to send a ship now.

Excel pretty much does everything for you.

we just expo'd 67 planets in 15ticks, and with 3 attackers and 4 bankers doing 6-8 a day, expect it to continue.
and if you think your going to farm us, well we got 4 attackers in every system we own, who have shifts at watching the core.
and one cammar waiting with 100% military and 100% construction to set you straight.
