Did we learn leftists physics, leftist maths, leftist German, leftist geography? Perhaps leftist biology, or leftist English?
Or perhaps you refer to history? We were taught a leftist version of Egypt, Babylonia, Persia, Cartage, Rome, Charlemagne, and a leftist version of Napoleon? Or is it just the bit from WW2 to now that's leftist in the course books? And please explain how it was leftist?

its foolish to think that a teacher doesn't reflect his or her own opinions in the course. History teachers are the most notorious manipulators for their own political egos. also opinions and beliefs can be expressed in the teaching of economics obviously. and the course selection in English can be very misleading. but the subject of the class certainly doesnt stop a teacher from blabbing her mouth about her opinions and beliefs, after all she does have a captive audience.
