no way u could have made 55k whit that nw
even not counting population u could have around 2.5k buildings even if u would have 75/25% cf/tos ur income wont be mutch over 30k just do the math whit 75/25% (2500*0.75=1875*12=22500/2=11250+22500=33750) pure cfs 2500*12=30000
