I'm getting a new pc with these specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
4GB DDR2Corsair
MB Gigabyte GA-X38DS4
nvidia 896MB GTX260 DVI
HDD 750GB F1
DVDRW LS
vista home basic

what game should I get that can chalange this system graphicaly?

Crysis is really the game to measure it with atm... other option could by Far Cry 2 when it gets released wink

get the latest AoE, and play the batte part with 8 empires... that will test your graphics, i can only do 4 on mine and it still sputters sometimes.

I have a crappy PC (P4 2.8 Ghz, 1 GB ram and 128 MB vid card) and can still play 8 players on AoE III: Asian Dinasty without a hitch hmm

I enjoy playing Warlords III from time to time...why not play Oblivion or FEAR? they both are superb with both graphics AND gameplay big_smile

Try Age of Conan. If you can see ripped-off heads and pierced bodies, with no problems at all, its good.

I had my old PC for 4 1/2 years (P4 2,66ghz 512mb ram 80gb harddrive 128mb nvidia 5200gt) and i've formatted it at least 10 times because it just basicly doesn't work 3m after a format. Yeah I was thinking about obliv too.Don't want to get age of conan yet 'caus it's supposed to be really buggy right now. I was also thinking about assassins creed,Isn't that more powerful than crysis 'caus I've looked at the pics and their amazing.

I've tested it to the max... with all resources available even... the map was OB'd and there were units everywhere, it still kept on running... Not as smooth as possible, but it ran.

Get World in Conflict, play that on high graphics settings, jump onto multiplayer, and keep playing until you see 4-6 nukes get landed at once.  That will test your system. smile

well i loved ra 1 and 2 and am hopiong 3 will match them both i was pleasantly suprised with tiberium wars having foun tiberium sun took too long to do anything tiberium wars was much more fast paced and enjoyable
