For one thing, I do not represent the entire socialist community. Second, I haven't had any decent economy in 4 years (besides a course about economy throughout the ages, where the different types of money are rather redundant). And indeed, in dutch, we have different names for those too.

Keynes can be described as a socialist, and his economical knowledge was good enough to save capitalism in the '30s wink

Everybody here should know M1 is the computer that took over the Enterprise that Kirk had to shut down with logical contradictions!

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.

[half related drivel] The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics made it illegal to take so much as a rouble out of the country, a law very easy to enforce considering their border controls.

Now there is a limit, the equivalent of $3000. And unlike American you can take in as much foreign muck as you like: The last time I was there (very long time ago) most of my money was in dollars, mainly because I found it easier to work out how much I was really spending if I used dollars rather than roubles.
