well tbh i havent played but over 2yrs 111 and the whole time i have played its been considered size that counts since this game is called Imperial Conflict not imperial building.

the skill can only be seen in gaining and retaining planets the whole round long.

no skill involved in punching a button that builds stuff

not to say NW means nothing just doesnt take skill to build.

now maybe way way back NW meant something but not for over 2.5 yrs
