Income Control Centres.  I can't remember when they were removed, but it was sometime around the last beta - round 1-2.

@Warsie: I remember having them to use for one round when i first joined so i think it was round 1 in andro then they were removed. Gain money through magical means.

I think they differed from TOs. They gave you a 1% bonus for every 1% and it only went up to 50% or something like that. Since magic bonus didn't effect how much was gained they were fairly useless compared to TOs.

I'd assume they were a carry over from before custom races could have TOs. So some of the pre-set races would have TOs or ICCs. Once TOs we made available to custom races ICCs were useless. Of course im only postulating since i can't remember that much from back then. I didn't really know much about the game until a couple of rounds later

I think Income Control Centres still existed in Round 1. I think they were gone by Round 2.

Dreamweavers as a race? If you say so. They were a mythical race and if they existed it came later. I do remember that wardances got radically altered thanks to Sogil campaigning for that so, as less than 1 per cent of ICers used Wardancers. Camaar and revalon came later, I would say Round 6. I played Revalon rounds 7-10

The defence station was again around round 5/6
The galaxy congress was always pointless but was around then too

Fleet readiness to morale - cannot remember this change exactly. There were big changes to FR after Beta 2 and after Beta 3. I am pretty confident I was restricted by Morale come Round 3.

fleet  readiness to morale was more like r.10-12 I think... the introduction of morale bonus and science bonus planets, and the removal of the visibility of the bonusses of those planets was like 14-16 I think, but those were really important changes (especially morale ofcourse)!
