TYMO, I've never known you, only by what others have said. But you just openly admitted to quiting IC for a second time because you didn't want to spend a week or less in Virgo? It has been policy for a long time (as I understand it) that mods could not simply let someone skip Virgo. And fam leaders in Virgo are only allowed to give away so much free GC and resources. The leader saying he was told not to could be interperted as saying he was told not to give any extra resources or GC to ANY players.
